Healthy Living Worksheets for Grade 1 Health Ontario Curriculum

Your students will demonstrate their learning for Health by sharing their personal experience with emotions and mental and physical health. Together, they will learn about safety, healthy choices, and about caring relationships. A final activity focuses on the five senses, and has students communicating using sign language.
Students will draw pictures, write short responses, do cut and paste, and other activities as they think about their body and how they take care of it, and how they treat other people. Help your students meet the expectations of the Ontario Curriculum.
Worksheets can act as a starting point for discussion, and as a means to demonstrate their learning. Collect these pages and use them as data for your report card comments for Health.
