Do you need a back to school behavior incentives that incentivize students in and outside of the classroom? This is a perfect addition to your classroom management plan.

One way to use this tool is to use it as a hallway incentive. There is a Google Slide version and a PDF version. The first way you could use it is to choose one of the slides for the week or for the month. Students will earn a virtual pizza, balloon, or golden egg every time they receive a compliment from another adult in the hallway. You would just need to move that piece over to the middle of the slide to where it fits. You could make it a bit easier for the students and move it yourself if every student is quiet in the hallway every time your class walked in the hallway.

If you print the PDF out, print it in landscape mode to make sure it prints correctly. You would then cut out and laminate the main pages and then cut out and laminate the eggs, pizza slices, and balloons. You could use velcro or magnetic pieces to move the items to their correct spot once earned.

This incentive works wonders with every classroom management plan and even strengthens it because you will have the best-behaved students in the school. You would decide what prize the students receive once earning all of the pieces for the slide or the board. It could even be free prizes such as school money, extra recess, a game against you, etc.

This Visual Schedule set is created with the educator in mind. A great set of clear images, easy to read font, and large enough for students to see from a distance. The cards can be copied on 'multiple' function on your printer to create smaller versions for desk schedules for your students with IEPs or with autism spectrum diagnoses.

Who can use this resource:

Teachers who are looking for inclusive ways of attending to all the needs in their classroom may use this resource to support and engage young students in your care. The easy to see visuals, the clean and clear text, and the vibrant colouring means that students quickly learn in French all the various parts of their day. Students are able to predict what activities will come next, leading to greater autonomy and increased sense of independence for their own learning.

These visuals are great for all students in your class and ideal for anyone who needs a visual cue to follow along in the course of their day.

You may copy this resource in its original size of make student sized images by copying multiple pages onto the same document. Ie. two pages per sheet, or 4 pages per sheet.

What grade level:

I personally use this visual schedule with Grade 1 and Grade 2 students in French Immersion. I feel confident that students from K-3 will find these most useful and teachers can come back to the images with any students who may be experiencing challenges in their understanding of their daily activities and what order their learning will take place in each day. Core French teachers will be sure to add the resource to their repertoire for Grades 4 to 6 as they learn to communicate at the Junior level.

IEP students:

We all have students with IEPs who need that extra boost to build confidence and to lessen anxieties about what is happening in class. Students quickly learn to identify each card and help me put up our schedule for the day. This has had a positive impact on all students in the class and supports the most vulnerable learners too!

Looking for a quick and easy way to decorate your classroom for the Christmas Season without redoing everything? This Christmas decoration pack has everything you need to add Christmas accents to your classroom to bring in the holiday seasons. This pack contains over 150 printables for you to print out, laminate and keep forever. Need some bulletin board trim? Or maybe some ideas to decorate your door, they are included in this mega pack. This pack contains transparent png files, JPG files and a PDF file. Adding Your Own Editable Text: You can import the PNG and JPG files into PowerPoint, Word or other Desktop publishing software to add your own custom labels and text to them. Note that the PNG files will have transparent edges, and the jpg images will have white edges. Simply place the images on the screen, create a text box, choose your font and add your own catchy sayings. This is a Christmas/Holiday Activity designed for Elementary Students. Students will be creating their own Christmas House! Students will cut out the shapes, color, and glue together their house however they like. It includes a house, roof, chimney, tree, ornaments, and more! There is also an added writing activity, where students can describe their house! This would be a great product to do in the weeks leading up to Christmas. It would look great hanging up or outside the classroom, and if you include the writing activity, then some good practice with descriptive writing!

What’s Included and What's Needed??

An outline of the house, roof, chimney, tree, ornaments, gifts, and other decorations are included. Your students will need scissors and glue. I would recommend also having them clue everything onto a piece of construction paper.

Writing Activity

The writing activity can be used as a way to integrate this with ELA. There are 2 different writing activity papers. One is for younger students (k-2) with larger lines, and students can describe their house with basic adjectives like the color and shape. The other is for older students (3-5) with less space between the lines, and students can describe their house, going into more detail with their description and even describing why they chose to design it the way they did!
