Exit Slips BUNDLE - Into Math 5th Grade Modules 1 - 20

By Fortunate in Fifth Grade

I love quick assessments that show me students understood the lesson. I built these exit tickets based on Into Math modules 1 - 20 for 5th grade. I use these after teaching the lesson, sending home the More Practice/Homework page to complete for homework, and then the next day they take the exit ticket. I can quickly glance at the tickets and set aside the ones I will need to meet with to solidify the concept taught for the lesson that was missed.

Set includes:

  • Exit tickets for every lesson for modules 1 - 20
  • Highlighted and color coded words to decode what the problem is asking
  • Plenty of space for students to show their work
  • Answer Key for every exit ticket

Looking for more Into Math resources. Check out my Vocabulary Match for the entire 5th grade curriculum.

Into Math resource that I have created can easily be adapted to any 5th grade standard based curriculum.
