Newsela is a quality online resource with thousands of science articles. On Newsela, you can easily differentiate based on lexile reading levels. Use the text to voice capability for your struggling readers. 

This activity comes with a fillable 5Ws table (What, Who, What, When & Why). It can be used for distance learning or in person. It can be easily assigned digitally or on paper. 

This assignment is aligned with Common Core ELA standards as well as the Next Generation, MYP and other International Science Standards.
