Counting to 100 and sequencing numbers within 100 game

This math game focuses on counting to 100, recognizing which numbers are bigger or smaller than others, and putting them in order. Students place a selection of numbers between 0 and 100 in the correct place on a number line. You will get both a printable and an online interactive version of the game!

The game can be:

  • played online independently or with a partner
  • played on paper, independently or with a partner
  • projected for a larger group

See the preview video for how the online game works. The paper version works in a similar way, with students turning over number cards when it is their turn to determine what number to write on the line.

There is a version of the paper game provided that allows you to customize the game so students are organizing numbers to a smaller total than 100 or between a range that you choose, such as 0 - 20, 0-50, or 20-70.

To use the online digital version of the game, you will need a Google account to access the Google Slides.
