FALL COLOR FUN!!! Are you looking for an engaging, hands-on experiment to reinforce scientific process skills and proper lab safety practices? This AWESOME experiment includes all you need to hook your students on science- simply add fall foliage!

I do this lab in late fall as the trees begin to drop their beautiful colored leaves. The kiddos feel like real chemists as they make supersaturated solutions that leave behind beautiful crystalline creations. In this lab, we build lab skills, problem solve, cooperate in groups and enjoy the hard work.
