When I say " younger learners," I'd say up to grade 1 or so, but there might be exceptions (e.g. a struggling 3rd grader, or student with dyslexia, may still find use for these).

FREE: Matching Rhyming Picture Pairs (activity)
By Early Childhood Essentials
RATING/REVIEW:
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"My students loved using this resource in whole group on a pocket chart and then individually with their partner. Pictures are bright and age appropriate. Thank you so much!"
Keep in mind:
The answer key reveals the "correct" matches based on the words I intended, but if students can call an item something else and provide a matching word or image some other way, great!
But this is meant more for fun than for assessing.

There are 26 separate iterations across 13 activity pages. Not all starting letters are included, but many of the common ones.
Presuming most kids who use this are learning letter sounds, no directions are on the activity pages since they may not be reading yet. Instead, it’s designed to have verbal guidance from a teacher or parent. You could even model one of them!
The idea is they will shade in the letter that would correctly start the image they see next to each letter chart. It should be easy to identify for the most part since they’re commonly seen or known things. This can be done also by having children point to the correct letter.
Feel free to say aloud what each picture is so learners can more easily hear and identify the letter. Print or use digitally in color, or print B&W is fine.
Answer key included. Enjoy!

Silly Stories for Bored Kids / Early Finishers! *Literacy center idea*
By Early Childhood Essentials
For early-finishers in class or bored kids at home!
Inside you'll see 10 "snack size" stories, which are simple one-page stories. The purpose is mainly entertainment for kids who finish activities early or are bored. But you can extract lots of teaching moments: reading, colors, informational text or parts of a story, sentence structure, etc.
I'd recommend printing, laminating OR possibly even folding each story like a book. Maybe every child has one copy of each and they can read through them.
I've included a bonus page. You can have kids draw their own picture and make their own silly snack-size story.

NO PREP Letter Sounds Activity- COLOR the Correct Sound Images!
By Early Childhood Essentials
This is a 76-page activity of coloring pages designed to reinforce letter sounds. This has 4 info pages, 26 activity pages, 26 answer key pages, and 20 full coloring pages.
The idea is to have the learner color the images on each page that relate to the letter displayed. The answer key is included for stress-free use! If you don't want the answer key to be shown, I'd recommend scanning and printing just the activity pages.
These pages require no prep - just print and explain directions if necessary (not editable)! Great for literacy centers, assessments, or extra help for those kiddos struggling to read!
There's at least 1-2 images to color on each letter page, but no more than 3, and 1-2 incorrect images for most. Answer key included.
For vowels, I only use short sounds.
Also, for /C/ and /G/, hard glottal sounds are used.
Tip: if any child wants to color ALL images, even ones that don't match the letter (sound) start, I'd suggest giving them the option to color the rest after you've assessed their answers. (I've provided full coloring pages though!)
If English Language Learners (ELLs) use this, they might need extra guidance. I did my best to put images that have generally one label, but if they can justify a name that isn't as common but starts with the correct letter sound, then I encourage you to accept it, unless it's essential that they learn the specific label for each item.
Here are my bundles on letters with comprehension and parts of speech activities:
