First, they'll create a quick pixel art from a given example and then they'll create their own! These are also fun lessons to use if you just need something for a one day lesson. Perfect for the beginning of the school year too.

This resource is a back to school digital escape room that has three rooms with 10 codes to decipher in each. Students will use a pigpen cipher, emoji code and letter wheel to solve 30 total coded words that are all school related. As students solve the codes, the picture of a lock next to the answer will automatically open. When all 10 coded words have been answered correctly, a key will pop up automatically at the bottom of that page. As students collect these keys, they will appear on the first Google Sheet Page labeled "Directions and Key Collection Page." When all three keys have been collected, a message saying "You Did It!" will appear on the Directions and Key Collection Page.
